1978 - Swiss Nova Park Luxury Hotels: First joint venture in the Egyptian Hotel Sector between an independent private company and an international one with two partnerships – Nova Park had started a few years earlier as a Luxury Management and investment company with Hotels in New York City at the 5th Avenue, Paris at the Champ Elysee , Zurich , Jeddah and Cairo with ITC Group.
1980 - Catering venturing with Abella Group: Our founder Islam Shalaby and Albert Abella the founder of the world renown Abella Group joint hands for catering in the Petroleum sector & Trains in Egypt.
1985 - Free zone warehouses Port said: Joint venture for zone stores in Port Said (At that time the Only Free Zone City in Egypt) to serve as a Hub between Europe and the MENA Region.
1992 - Arab Markets Import & Distribution for F & B: 1992 was the year Egypt opened the import after a closure since Sadat Death early 1980’s ... ITC through Arab Markets Import & Export Agencies ...Became the exclusive agent for some of the largest International brands specially from the USA ... Hershey’s, Hunt Wesson, Campbell Soup, Conagara, Haribo, Tabasco, Snapple and many more ..With a fleet of 70 trucks and experienced well trained team, it led the Egyptian market those days.
1995 - F & B Multi Franchise Retail: Trianon ( One of the oldest bakeries in the World since 1681 ) was the first proper Bakery and Brasserie franchise opened in Egypt out of a 5 starts Hotel where at that time it was the only place to have a proper Cappuccino.. Over the Years Trianon Became an Icon in Egypt for Quality and Luxury visited by the Elites only with more than 30 Locations. ITC Franchise started adding renowned International franchise to the Egyptian market like The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Popeye’s , Segafredo, Trader Vic’s, Inakaya (The 1st Sushi restaurant in Egypt ), Senor Pico ( Mexican ), Tamarind ( Sea Food ), Carnivore ( Theme Grill Restaurant ), Thai ... 1997 - Marsa Alam Company For Real estate development MATD: ITC joined Kharafi Group in an Integrated Master Real Estate and Tourism Development for 10 Million sqm with a plan for 4500 Rooms plan over ...Nowadays Marsa Alam Known as Port Ghalib is considered a land mark for the RED SEA Cost.
